This project is uniquely positioned overlooking King Talal Dam, where the natural sloped terrain played a key role in shaping the architectural concept.

The villa is designed with open façades facing the landscape, while the site levels were carefully treated to create generous outdoor terraces without altering the natural slope.

The result is a modern yet subtle architectural composition that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, offering a serene living experience deeply connected to nature.
