Located in Amman – Jordan
We designed the operating room with an integrated architectural and medical vision that combines operational efficiency, medical precision, and high standards of hygiene and sterilization, with a strong focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for the medical team during surgical procedures.
The design adopts a modern and advanced medical aesthetic, incorporating stainless-steel wall panels that provide smooth, moisture-resistant, easy-to-clean, and easy-to-disinfect surfaces. Specialized medical flooring was also selected for its slip resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance.
We carefully planned the placement of operating tables and medical equipment to ensure smooth circulation and easy access to all essential devices, while maintaining clear and functional work zones around each surgical area. Ceiling-mounted medical service arms were integrated to provide medical gases, electrical connections, lighting, and equipment directly adjacent to the operating area, minimizing the need for floor-based connections and reducing unnecessary clutter.
The lighting system was designed on multiple levels, combining general ceiling lighting that provides uniform illumination throughout the room with high-precision surgical lights positioned directly over the operating areas to ensure clear and accurate visibility during procedures.
We also integrated ventilation, air-conditioning, and air-filtration systems into the ceiling design to maintain a controlled and hygienic environment, while supporting infection-control requirements and maintaining high indoor air quality.
Dedicated locations were provided for medical equipment, monitors, and monitoring systems, ensuring that all essential elements remain within easy reach of the medical team without obstructing movement or disrupting the surgical workflow.
The result is a high-performance, state-of-the-art operating room that combines functionality, aesthetics, hygiene, and safety, creating an efficient environment that meets the requirements of modern surgical procedures and supports medical professionals in performing their work with maximum precision and efficiency.
